Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

Judgment: Card Game ("Judgment", "the app") is made by Chinmay Pingale, an independent developer in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what the app does with information about you. The short version: there is no account to create, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your game progress stays on your iPhone.

Information kept on your device

Your profile (display name, avatar, level, XP, achievements, statistics, game history and settings such as your chosen table theme) is stored only on your iPhone. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

Game Center

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the app uses it for online matches, invitations, leaderboards and achievements. When you do, Apple shares your Game Center player identifier and display name with the app so other players at your table can see who you are, and the app sends your scores and achievements to Apple. During an online match, moves are sent between players' devices through Apple's servers. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and you control it in Settings › Game Center.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. To check which purchases are active and unlock them, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous identifier created by the app, your purchase and subscription history for Judgment, and basic technical details such as app version, iOS version, country/storefront and IP address. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

This information is used only to provide and restore your purchases and to understand subscription revenue in aggregate. It is not used for advertising, sold, or linked to your identity.

What we don't do

Children

Judgment is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases on a child's device are subject to Apple's Family Sharing and Ask to Buy controls.

Retention and your rights

Data on your device is kept until you delete the app. Purchase records held by RevenueCat are kept while needed to provide your purchases and meet legal and accounting obligations. Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, email us; because the app has no accounts, include the approximate date of your purchase so we can find it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
